This sandwich provides an enjoyable textural journey pairing the chewiness of the ciabatta and eggs alongside crisp flavours of rocket and a tangy relish. True to Henry’s lineage, you will also find double smoked ham surrounded by: avocado, cheddar cheese and chipotle mayo - a far less sickly sensation than Hollandaise sauce…if you ask me.
